There’s really only one word to describe Redbird: fresh. From the food (just fell-off-the back of the pickup truck Southern farm-to-table), to the breathtakingly bright space enveloped in luminous green ombre plaster, to our relaxed furnishings, it’s just so nice here, day to evening: light, airy and beatific. Our tables – cerused oak in a brown tone with custom pedestal bases – set the stage. They’re paired with matching wood-seated bar stools, a book-matched veneer focal point wait station and banquettes in oiled oak that create hints of textural interest in an overall clean and simple space. Outdoor banquettes and powder-coated tables complete the eatery’s indoor-outdoor offering. The whole place echoes sun-washed earthiness; just try the heirloom tomato salad and you’ll understand.
